Result Processing

The result processing system gives you accurate & error free results of students every term base on the scores/records you submitted.

Assignment Module

The Assignment Module allows teachers to create assignments on the platform which can be accessed by the students/parents at anytime.

Library Module

Manage all the books available in the school library with our Library Module. Students can see all available books when they login.

Attendance Module

Schools/Teachers can use the attendance module to manage the daily attendance record of all the students/pupils in your school.

Online Fee Payment

The online fee payment module allows schools to collect all payments securely online (example): school fees, exam fees, other fees etc.

Hostel Module

The hostel module helps schools to create and manage different hostel blocks e.g: Male/Female blocks and their capacities.

Transport Module

Transport module allows schools to create and manage vehicle information, vehicle routes and the cost of using the vehicle.

Direct Chat

The school, teachers, students and parents can easily communicate with each other using our easy chat system.

GRADING SYSTEM

The Nigerian approved Grading System has been configured on EduSwift School Management System.
The Grading System is however, customizable which means it can be restructured to suite that of your school.

Basic - Junior Secondary Grading System

A = 70 – 100 = Excellent
B = 60 – 69 = Very Good
C = 50 – 59 = Good
D = 45 – 49 = Average
E = 40 – 44 = Fair
F = 0 – 39 = Fail

Senior Secondary Grading System

A1 = 75 – 100 = Excellent
B2 = 70 – 74 = Very Good
B3 = 65 – 69 = Good
C4 = 60 – 64 = Credit
C5 = 55 – 59 = Credit
C6 = 50 – 54 = Credit
D7 = 45 – 49 = Pass
E8 = 40 – 44 = Pass
F9 = 0 – 39 = Fail

What is EduSwift ?

EduSwift is a school management system developed to simplify and reduce the workload of educators.

Is EduSwift software installed on the computer?

No, EduSwift is a software based in the cloud and can be accessed with any device that has internet accessibility from anywhere at any time.

Does EduSwift software accept excel file uploads?

Yes, excel file(s) can be used to:
Compute students record for C.A and Exams in bulk.
Register multiple students, register multiple parents and for some other data input.

Can parents check their child/children's results online?

Yes, Parents would be able to check, download or print their child/children’s result any time and from anywhere.

How secured is the platform?

We have taken this aspect into cognizant and have however ensured that this platform is well secured and encrypted through:
1. SSL (Secured Socket Layer)
2. Hosted with one of the world’s biggest and trusted hosting company.

If a system crashes in our school, what happens to our data?

Your school data is not stored on your system/device but on the cloud. Even if your system crashes, it does not affect the data stored on EduSwift.

How many students/pupils can my school enroll?

You can enroll as many student/pupils as possible because there is no limit to the number of Students/Pupils a school can register on the platform.

Does EduSwift come with a Mobile App for the portal?

Yes, we can setup a Mobile App for your school which will be shared among school staff and other users for easy accessibility instead of entering the website address inside a browser every time you want to perform a function.

Can we migrate from an existing platform to EduSwift?

Yes, the records you have on other platform can be formatted and uploaded to EduSwift.

What happens if the student package is not paid?

A Scratch Card Pin is needed to check students result which will not be provided if the student(s) package fee isn’t paid.

Communication for your School

EduSwift provides a simplified platform for parents to maintain a real-time daily/weekly conversation with the school on the conducts and academic progress of their wards.

PRICING PLAN

EduSwift School Management System comes in three plans viz: BASIC, STANDARD and PREMIUM. Whichever plan you choose for your school, the Subscription Fee gets attached to it.

We have the capacity to integrate EduSwift to your existing school website without much effort, or we develop a completely up to date and interactive website if your school doesn’t have a website already.
